We want to share emotion with our audience so that the emotion vibrates in a way that lets us experience it together. We do not want to tell stories with one simple meaning – we want to show fragility as a state that resembles tightrope walking and is beautiful and spectacular, but also is a frontier. We offer freedom, excitement, creation and the opportunity to lose oneself.

LaBú Theatre
is a theatre of visual poetry, a modern project of creation and research into the art of theatre, the dramaturgy of an object and of visual landscapes with the use of simple materials transmogrified into something unusual.
The team’s work is the result of 15 years of experience and joint artistic efforts of the co-creators: Anna Ros and Andreu Sans, who have worked in Barcelona, London and Paris. Together, they’ve studied various techniques of working with a body, such as Non-Corporeal by Étienne Decroux of Theatre de L'Ange Fou in London, as well as art theatre of Compagnie de Philippe Genty in Paris.
