“BEST OF - 30 Years on Stage” Bodecker & Neander Company - Germany
The masters of mime art, actors and colleagues of legendary Marcel Marceau. Alexander Neander, Wolfram von Bodecker and director Lionel Menard together are one of the most well known pantomime company in the world.
The presented programme will be the selection of the most important studies created together since the moment of the first meeting 30 years ago up to now. There will be also plenty of new creations, not known to a Polish viewer before.

Bodecker Neander Compagnie
In 1996 roku, after finishing studies in École Internationale de Mimodrame de Paris under the direction of Marcel Marceau, Wolfram von Bodecker and Alexander Neander founded Théâtre Mimo Magique. Since 2006, they use the name Compagnie Bodecker Neander. Their first show titled “Silence” is awarded with the Berlin Audience Award, and the next production “Out of the blue” is acclaimed a huge success both by audience and critics.
The pair of artists presents the concept of a visual concert: during performing with big music groups like Stuttgarter Kammerorchester, Arditti Quartet from London or Gewandhaus-Oktett from Leipzig they reveal to the audience a new, fascinating combination of pantomime and music. During numerous international tours Compagnie Bodecker Neander travel across Europe, Asia, North and South America. Thanks to the universal character of this pair of mimes’ visual theatre, they are particularly valuable guests on international festivals. They create all their shows in cooperation with director Lionel Ménard.
